Oh, hi there. You've found Unassigned, a personal(ish) blog from Support Human's Steph Lundberg (that's me). Think of it as Support Human but after hours: some work, CX and tech stuff, but mostly just whatever's on my mind that doesn't fit in the newsletter.
You may know me as Faile or S.M. Lundberg (I've gone by both in various places); I've been working in CX and Tech since 2014, and professionally since, uh, many years before that. Like a lot of CX folks, my professional background outside of Tech is broad and eclectic: I've worked in radio, in the public sector in emergency management/response, in the medical field as an EMT and CNA, as a military contractor, and as a journalist (just to name some roles I've held). So far, working in CX is by far my favorite career.
I currently live in Colorado with my wonderful family, which I may or may not write about here, and a corgi named after the Dewey Decimal System.
